libbambamc0 software package provides Runtime library for reading and writing BAM (genome alignment) files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbambamc0
libbambamc0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbambamc0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbambamc0 *
You will get with libbambamc0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
